If you want to return your cookies please contact us (Spanish or English) within the same day after purchase with your order number and reason, and we will get back to you soon. We will offer a complete refund if the conditions let us to do so.

The item(s) must be returned in unworn condition in the original packaging. Due to hygienic reasons, earrings may not be returned or exchanged.
